Yes — this is a solo endurance event, one driver behind the wheel from lights out to the chequered flag. You can pause briefly for natural breaks, but the clock keeps running.
This is unfortunate and can happen. Unfortunately Gran Turismo doesn't allow rejoining an event after a disconnection.
Yes — just submit the form again with the updated car. Your most recent submission is the one that counts, so you can switch as many times as you like before the briefing.
